According to Fazil Askerov, director of the Southern League tourism center, the Danube resort town is a year-round resort with a gambling (play) area, which will be located on a sandy spit, part of which is a dam, between Lake Sasyk and the Black Sea.
In total, more than 500 hectares of land will be allocated for construction, and a 10-kilometer embankment is planned.
