Ukraine resumed gasoline imports from Russia

At the end of April, Western Oil and Gas Company (ZNGK) and Eurostandard resumed imported gasoline supplies from Russia. This was reported by enkorr in the "A-95 Consulting Group" with reference to the data of its own study. Transmitted by the National Industrial Portal.

A-92 gasoline was delivered to Ukraine by rail from Gazprom Nafta's Moscow refinery. At the end of April and the beginning of May, ZNGK imported about 400 tons of gasoline, and Eurostandard imported 115 tons.

The A-95 added that on May 4, ZNGK began offering the A-92 of the Moscow Refinery in the small wholesale segment from the oil depot in Vasylkiv (Kyiv region).

The last time gasoline was delivered from Russia to Ukraine by rail was in 2016. Then at the end of the year was delivered about 22 thousand tons (slightly more than 1% of the market balance). That year, almost all deliveries were made from the Orsk refinery of Orsknefteorgsintez, a member of Mikhail Gutseriev's Safmar group. The largest importers at that time were also ZNGK (18 thousand tons) and "Eurostandard" (4 thousand tons).

Also, along with motor gasoline, Eurostandard and ZNGK began importing diesel fuel produced by the Moscow refinery Gazprom Neft in late April. As of May 3, Eurostandard has delivered 1.7 thousand tons, ZNGK - 2.3 thousand tons of SOEs. Earlier, after 2016, deliveries of diesel fuel from the Moscow refinery in Ukraine were not recorded.
