Pakistan received the second batch of 6TD tank engines in 2020 for T-80UD and Al-Khalid tanks

Ukraine manufactured and delivered to Pakistan a batch of 10 6TD tank engines for upgraded T-80UD tanks and new Al-Khalid.

In March 2020, the state company Ukrspetsexport delivered to Heavy Industries Taxila and 304 Spares Depot EME (Pakistan) another batch of 10 tank engines 6TD-2 459M.TU and 6TD-1 459I.TU manufactured by SE “Zavod im. VO Malyshev ”, for a total of $ 4.295 million.

Production of these engines was completed in February by the Kharkiv state enterprise "Zavod im. VO Malyshev ", which, according to Ukroboronprom, reached its maximum production capacity and produced 10 new tank engines. The production cycle of these products is 6 months.

The previous batch of 10 similar engines was shipped in January this year.

In addition, test equipment and spare parts for tanks and tank engines were supplied to Pakistan.
