 Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group in partnership with development company KDD Ukraine will start construction of the NUVO business park in Kyiv at the beginning of next year.

The business park will be built on the territory of the former industrial zone, which is no longer functioning. Investment in construction on the 2-hectare site will range from $ 80 to 100 million. The expected duration of the entire project is five years. The project includes five Class A office centers. Part of the project will be allocated for housing.

    We had a task to create a modern environment that should become a local center and catalyst for the restoration and development of the district as a whole.
