 The Okean plant was chosen to build Navy corvettes

 

 The shipyard "Ocean" was selected to implement the corvette program under the Turkish project.
with reference to the press service of the plant.

The Ocean plant has signed a memorandum with the State Defense Concern of the Republic of Turkey on joint activities to implement a project to build a series of corvette-class ships for the Ukrainian Navy. The memorandum was signed to implement the Framework Military Agreement signed in October 2020 in Ankara, as well as the contract for the construction of corvettes, signed by the parties in December in Kiev.

“Ocean Shipyard” was selected and included in the corvette program, taking into account the unique technical capabilities of the enterprise, as well as the availability of professional staff and the current program of modernization of production assets.
