McDonald’s has opened its first restaurant in Bucha on the outskirts of Kyiv

 

 Foreign Investment Company (FDI) McDonald's Ukraine Ltd. (Kyiv), which is developing the American fast food chain McDonald’s in Ukraine, opened a chain restaurant on December 23 on New highway, 10-B in Bucha, Kyiv region.

    “This is the third establishment of the network in the satellite cities of Kyiv. Two more work in Boryspil and Brovary. "By opening establishments in the suburbs of the capital, McDonald's contributes to the development of the urban agglomeration and infrastructure of Kyiv," the company's press service said.

According to him, a new principle of operation of the cash zone has been implemented in the facility. In particular, the box office is divided into two parts: to order and to receive meals.

The restaurant provides terminals for ordering, the principle of table service also applies: the visitor orders dishes at the box office and waits for them at the table.

    “A geolocation sensor is built into the number plate so that ordering employees know exactly where the guest is sitting. The exact location of the client can be seen on a special monitor that speeds up the service, ”the press release reads.

In addition, the restaurant has introduced a new principle of operation of the kitchen: when ordering, customers will be able to add and remove ingredients from dishes to their liking. The kitchen is equipped with four lines for parallel preparation of burgers for each guest.

It will be recalled that the first McDonald’s establishment in Ukraine was opened on May 24, 1997 in Kyiv.

The network is being developed by FDI McDonald's Ukraine Ltd.

McDonald’s restaurant chain in Ukraine has 96 restaurants in 20 cities.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, MCD Europe Limited (100%, London, UK) is a participant in FDI.
