The 66-kilometer-long concrete road is now open to all modes of transport.

It is noted that the H-14 road has strategic value for the country and leads to the Nikolaev ports.

    "Now the route can withstand significant loads, and with proper operation, the expected service life of the concrete road H-14 is 18 years," - said the head of "Ukravtodor" Alexander Kubrakov.

Ukravtodor also stressed that work on installing a weighing system in motion (Weigh-in-Motion) should begin on the road next week.

It is reported that the repair of the H-14 road began in 2019, when 13 km were restored. And in the beginning of 2020 it wasn't lucky to finish works from the village of Vozsiyatskoye to the city of Nikolaev completely.

    “Now the main works are completed - the finishing layer of concrete with a thickness of 26 cm is laid along the entire length of the road for 66 km. It remains to complete the final work on laying the top layer of concrete at the exits and adjacencies, strengthen the curb, create a barrier fence, as well as apply a horizontal road marking, "- added in" Ukravtodor ".

It is reported that 4 contractors Rostdorstroy LLC, EDBK LLC, ShB Altcom LLC, OJSC Construction and Assembly Trust G8 are working on the road.
