 OKKO Group has acquired the Kherson oil transshipment complex

 Galnaftogaz, a member of the OKKO Group, has acquired a controlling stake in the authorized capital of the owner of the Kherson Oil Transshipment Complex, Nafta-Transshipment LLC.
 with reference to the CTS.

According to the updated information, Galnaftogaz now owns 99.9% of the company, and the remaining 0.1% stake in Nafta-Transshipment is registered with Dekra Financial Company LLC.

The concentration of shares of the owner of the Kherson oil transshipment complex by Galnaftogaz was approved by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on December 24, 2020.

In July, OKKO made its debut offshore supply of diesel fuel to the Kherson Oil Transshipment Complex. According to the A-95 Consulting Group, in 2020 the company delivered a total of 22,000 tons of diesel fuel for transshipment. According to the enkorr portal, Galnaftogaz also reconstructed the facility.

It should be noted that in 2019, the Kherson Oil Transshipment Complex was put up for sale as part of enforcement proceedings to recover the debt of Real Bank on a refinancing loan granted by the National Bank in November 2013. In November 2019, the object was sold at auction on the site in sets for UAH 200 million.
