The Ukrainian army received a new type of tent
Last year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a new type of tent for their needs with reference to the UMP.
These are frame tents and pneumoframe modular tents, the design of which allows to compose tent complexes.
The new tents are made of non-combustible coated fabrics with high water permeability and are equipped with indirect indirect heaters and air conditioners.
By December 15, the manufacturer had to put up 112 new modular tents with an outer awning of "olive" color and an inner awning of white color.

Types of ordered tents:
11 pieces - pneumoframe modular type 2, type 3, class 2 for 300 thousand UAH. These tents measuring 5.5x9.9x2.8 m have doors with a connection system, electric and mechanical pumps for pumping air into the pneumatic frame, mobile floor air conditioner and diesel heater Master BV77E indirect action.
5 pieces - pneumoframe modular type 1, type 3, class 2 for 220 thousand UAH. These 5.5x7.9x2.8 m tents have doors with a connection system, electric and mechanical pumps for pumping air into the pneumatic frame, mobile floor air conditioner and diesel heater Master BV77E indirect action.
47 pieces - frame modular special of the unified type 2, type 2, class 2 on 143 thousand UAH. These 6x8x2.8 m tents have doors with a connection system and a diesel heater Master BV77E indirect action.
49 pieces - frame modular special of the unified type 1, type 2, class 2 on 108 thousand UAH. These 6x4x2.8 m tents have a door with a connection system and a diesel heater Master BV77E indirect action.

Information on their purchase in the amount of UAH 16.40 million was reported in December last year.
In October 2020, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine purchased 1,200 old-style tents for 77 million hryvnias.
The old USB-56 and UST-56 tents manufactured and supplied by Sivertex LLC did not have a pneumatic frame, pumps, air conditioners or heaters.
Tents USB-56 and UST-56 were adopted in 1956 and in Ukraine were slightly improved.
USB-56 can accommodate up to 80 people if you install bunk beds, UST-56 up to 40 people. Cast iron stoves (potbelly stoves) are used for heating tents in winter.
